<br />RESOLUTION <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF <br />DURELAM TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE <br />In furtherance of prior actions by the Trustees of Durham Technical Community College <br />(the "Trustees.1) to establish a satellite campus of Durham Technical Community College <br />in Orange County, North Carolina, The Trustees adopt the following resolutions: <br />RESOLVED that the Trustees accept the terms and conditions of that certain North <br />Carolina Special Warranty Deed prepared and issued by the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners in the form attached hereto. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Trustees shall accept delivery of a duly executed <br />original of that Special Warranty Deed, in the form attached hereto, from representatives <br />of Orange County. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Trustees consent to the recording of a copy of the <br />executed original of that Special Warranty Deed, in the form attached hereto, in the <br />Orange County Land Records. <br />This the 24th day of April 2007 <br />kWA tit _0 <br />Phail Wynn, Jr. Mazy to ter <br />President Chair, Bo d of Trustees
