Now that both boards have adopted the resolution, and in accordance <br />with Chapter 115D-12 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, we invite the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners to appoint two members to the DTCC Board of Trustees for four-year terms beginning <br />July 1, 2007.
