I am asking the Chair and Clerk to place this item on the agenda for the Board to select a <br />replacement at our next meeting. I am also asking the Board to consider former commissioner Steve Halkiotis for <br />this appointment since he exhibited an interest and was involved in the planning and decision making to get us to <br />this point. <br />Thanks for your consideration of this matter. <br />Moses <br />2/4/2008
