3 <br /> of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> • Home Occupations <br /> The proposed amendment would allow waiver of the specific <br /> screening and setback requirements for home occupation <br /> accessory buildings on lots larger than 200,000 square feet (4.6 <br /> acres) provided that the minimum setbacks of the zoning district <br /> are met and the accessory structure is not visible from the road or <br /> from adjoining property. <br /> SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENTS <br /> • Private Road Standards <br /> The proposed Subdivision Regulations text amendment would <br /> create a fourth Private Road Class which would require a paved <br /> surface, and could serve up to 50 lots. The amendment would also <br /> allow the Board of Commissioners to approve subdivisions on <br /> existing private roads which serve more than 25 lots in some <br /> circumstances. <br /> • Flexible Development/Open Space Guidelines <br /> The proposed Flexible Development standards are to be presented <br /> as a report to the Board of Commissioners at this meeting and are <br /> provided in a separate agenda abstract. If the Board chooses to <br /> present the amendments for citizen comment at the November 27 <br /> public hearing, the Notice must be revised to include the <br /> proposals. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the advertisement for <br /> public hearing on November 27, 1995. <br />
