The property is <br /> located on the west side of NC 86 about 2100 feet north of Carr <br /> Store Road. Use of the property for a concrete business existed at <br /> the time of the initial zoning of Cedar Grove Township on January <br /> 1, 1994. The error was discovered when the property owner <br /> requested a building permit to replace a commercial structure <br /> destroyed by fire. <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMITS <br /> • SUP(A)-1-95 Reba and Roses <br /> Laura Baldwin has requested a Class A Special Use Permit for <br /> Non-Residential Use/Mixed Use of a Historic Structure to operate <br /> a gift shop within an existing structure previously used for farm <br /> use. The property is located on the west side of Baldwin Road, <br /> north of St. Mary's Road. The site was identified in 1992 during <br /> the inventory of historic sites and structures. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS <br /> • Telecommunication Towers <br /> The proposed amendment seeks to establish new application <br /> requirements and evaluation criteria for Special Use Permits for <br /> telecommunication towers.
