Encourage job <br /> generation and fees in lieu of taxes. <br /> ► In conjunction with Cooperative Extension, EDC should develop an outreach program to <br /> insure farmers are aware of financial and training options. <br /> ► Continue to seek ways to streamline regulatory processes with goals of (1) insuring public <br /> input, (2) reducing uncertainty, (3) Shortening time from application to answer. <br />
