The lease will commence <br /> December 21st 1987 and terminate December 21st <br /> 1992 . Lessor or Lessee , however , may terminate this lease <br /> upon giving ninety ( 90 ) days written notice to the other . <br /> Lessee shall pay Lessor rent in the amount of Fifty Dollars <br /> ( $50 .00 ) per month for each and every month of the term of <br /> this lease , payable on or before the 5th of each month of <br /> the lease term . <br /> 3 .
