ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> A PROCLAMATION HONORING CRYSTAL OVERCASH <br /> WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners that Crystal Overcash, 20 month old daughter of <br /> Johnny and Sharon Overcash, is suffering from leukemia; and <br /> WHEREAS, numerous fund raising events have been planned with all <br /> proceeds going to the child' s endowment fund; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners empathizes with the Overcash family <br /> during this difficult period; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Board of Commissioners wishes to draw attention to fund <br /> raising efforts on behalf of this child; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS do hereby <br /> proclaim October 28 , 1995 as "CRYSTAL OVERCASH DAY" in Orange County, <br /> and offer our best wishes to Crystal Overcash and her family for her <br /> complete and speedy recovery. <br /> This , the 17th day of October, 1995 . <br />
