Approval of the attached <br /> proclamation will bring attention to a range of fund raising events <br /> that will be taking place, with all proceeds going to the child' s <br /> endowment fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br /> proclamation. <br />
