Terms of Azreement Conformed to Statute <br /> Terms of this Agreement which are in conflict with the provisions of North Carolina Law are hereby amended <br /> as necessary from time to time to conform to such law. <br /> Article X. Effective Date of A--reement. <br /> Any member who formally applies for membership in this Trust and Fund by submission of a resolution <br /> requesting membership in said Trust and Fund and is accepted by the Board of Trustees shall thereupon <br /> become a party to this Agreement and be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof,and such resolution <br /> shall constitute a counterpart of this Agreement. <br /> G:\SHARED\HIM\INTRLCL2 <br />
