Recommendation Process <br />1) Task force <br />The building division brought together a diverse group of volunteers from the <br />public and private sectors to develop recommendations for `green' building <br />strategies for Orange County. The group consisted of local architects, <br />builders and developers, representatives from local power providers, building <br />inspectors, planners, and public works staff.
