I <br /> 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN THE REQUEST BY THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR WORK SESSIONS REGARDING THE GREENE <br /> TRACT AND THE PROPOSED NORTHWEST SMALL AREA PLAN (95-9-27/R-9) <br /> i <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council concurs <br /> with the requests by the Orange County Board of Commissioners for joint work sessions of <br /> the Chapel Hill Town Council, Carrboro Board of Aldermen and Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners on Wednesday, October 11th, to discuss: <br /> * the Greene tract (5:30 p.m. as previously proposed by the Council) <br /> * the draft Northwest Small Area Plan with and without site "OC 17' as the new <br /> landfill site. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Mayor to forward copies <br /> of this resolution to the Orange County board of Commissioners and Carrboro Board of <br /> Aldermen. <br /> This the 27th day of September, 1995. <br />
