Our business is a service oriented <br /> business operated in a small-scale office/flex type <br /> facility with limited traffic patterns; very dissimilar to <br /> the busy retail/commercial business with relatively <br /> constant and high volume traffic patterns . <br /> In summary, UPS supports the Northwest Small Area Plan <br /> Work Group' s efforts in developing a detailed land use <br /> plan for Chapel Hill' s northwest area. We are receptive <br /> to the Small Area Plan as currently proposed which <br /> provides that our land be categorized as Employment <br /> Campus, provided that this category permits the type of <br /> operations outlined above.
