UPS feels very strongly that our use in the new EC zone <br /> should be classified a conforming use just as it was when the <br /> facility was constructed in 1989. We believe it would be unfair <br /> for our rights to be prejudiced as a result of a change which no <br /> one could have anticipated when our existing facility was <br /> constructed. <br /> If possible, I would appreciate receiving a written <br /> response from the appropriate agency which provides us with the <br /> level of comfort we seek.
