The Board held a meeting on <br /> nand formulate rhea <br /> presentation from Rob Wilson of the 9 Department <br /> recommendations. <br /> After careful consideration of the Northwest Area Plan, the Board offers the following <br /> comments and recommendations: <br /> - The Board strongly supports the plan to include affordable housing in the <br /> development of this area; however, the Board recommends the issue be addressed <br /> more thoroughly. The Board views the formula which uses median income to be an <br /> l residents. The <br /> inadequate guide due to the high annual salaries of <br /> many <br /> ot the Chapel <br /> ommllunity and would <br /> Board views affordable housing as critical to the diversity <br /> like to see methods of funding explored.
