The Commission voted unanimously (4-0) to <br /> recommend adoption of the plan with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The proposed "Road F" should have the least possible <br /> impact on the proposed Northern Community Park. <br /> 2. The plan should show a greenway trail within the 100 ft. <br /> buffer along the southern edge of Interstate 40. <br /> 3. The plan should show a greenway trail parallel to the . <br /> active rail line, from Estes Drive to the limits of the <br /> Town's planning jurisdiction. <br /> 4 . The plan should show a greenway trail along Old Field <br /> Creek, which would connect the rail line trail and the <br /> Interstate 40 trail. <br />
