The Commission voted unanimously <br /> (9-0) to recommend that the Council adopt the plan with the <br /> following condition: <br /> That the proposed "Road F" have the least possible impact on <br /> the safety of park users and on the facilities of the <br /> proposed Northern Community Park. <br />
