14 <br /> RESOLUTION B <br /> A RESOLUTION REFERRING THE NORTHWEST SMALL AREA PLAN TO THE <br /> NORTHWEST SMALL AREA PLAN WORK GROUP (95-6-26/R-12b) <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council has received a draft Northwest Small Area Plan document <br /> from the Northwest Area Plan Work Group, and has held a public hearing on the proposed <br /> plan on March 1, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, advisory boards, citizens, and other local governments have offered comments <br /> on the plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that <br /> the Council asks the Planning Board to reconvene the Northwest Small Area Plan Work <br /> Group to consider issues identified in this memorandum as selected by the Town Council <br /> for further consideration and clarification. <br /> This the 26th day of June, 1995. <br />
