Modeling Transit Ridership for the addition, it was assumed that the Recommended <br /> Recommended Plan Plan would also include a high-capacity transit use <br /> in coordination with the rail line corridor. <br /> In addition to automobile traffic, transit ridership <br /> was also modeled for the Recommended Plan and The Northwest Area and surrounding areas were <br /> each of the Alternative Plans using the Conceptual divided into 22 different zones as indicated on the <br /> Road Network shown on page 39. following "Traffic Analysis Zones" map.
