Use of the Power line Rights-of-Way <br /> The following information was reviewed by the their electrical substation located off Eubanks <br /> Work Group while developing the Northwest Road. <br /> Small Area Plan: <br /> The transmission lines rights-of-way through the <br /> Three Duke Power line rights-of-way cross the Northwest Area present two constraints that would <br /> Northwest Study Area. Based on discussions with have to be overcome in order to utilize entire <br /> Duke Power officials, the following uses could be lengths of the rights-of-way.
