7 <br /> handles, ' hooks, light fixtures, electrical outlets or <br /> switch cover plates, vents , or openings grates, railings, <br /> shelving, cabinets, and mirrors. <br /> ( 18 ) Manufactured home or mobile home shall mean a portable <br /> manufactured housing unit designed for transportation on <br /> its own chassis and placement on a temporary or <br /> semi-permanent foundation having a measurement of over <br /> thiity-two ( 32) feet in length and over eight (8 ) feet in <br /> width. As used in this Ordinance, "mobile home" also means <br /> a double-wide mobile home which is two ( 2 ) or more portable <br /> manufactured housing units designed for transportation on <br /> their own chassis, which connect on site for placement on a <br /> temporary or semi-permanent foundation having a measurement <br /> of over thirty-two (32) feet in length and over eight <br /> ( 8 ) feet in width. <br /> (19) "Multiple Dwelling" means a any dwelling with two (2) or <br /> more units . <br /> (20) "Occupancy" or "occupy" means the fact or act of being a <br /> human being living or sleeping in a dwelling or unit within <br /> a dwelling, whether the human being is physically present <br /> or temporarily absent. <br /> (21) "Occupant" means any person living, sleeping cooking or <br /> eating in, or having actual possession of a dwelling. <br /> (22) "Owner" shall mean any person who alone, jointly, or <br /> severally with others : <br /> (a) Shall have title to any dwelling, dwelling unit or <br /> rooming unit, with or without accompany actual <br /> possession thereof; or <br /> (b) Shall have charge, care or control of any dwelling, <br /> dwelling unitoor rooming unit, as owner or agent of the <br /> actual owner, or as executor, executrix, administrator, <br /> administratox, trustee or guardian of the estate of the <br /> actual owner. Any such person thus representing the <br /> actual owner shall be bound to comply with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance, and the rules and <br /> regulations adopted pursuant thereto, to the same <br /> extend as if he were the owner. <br /> (23 ) "Person" means a person, firm, partnership, association or <br /> corporation. <br /> (24 ) "Public Authority" means the Orange County Housing <br /> Authority or any officer who is in charge of any department <br /> or branch of the government of Orange County or the State <br /> of North Carolina relating to health, fire, building <br /> regulations or other activities concerning dwellings in the <br /> county. <br />
