23 <br /> t <br /> ARTICLE XX - CONFLICT WITH OTHER PROVISIONS <br /> In the event any provision, standard or requirement of this <br /> ordinance is found to be in conflict with any provision of any <br /> other ordinance or code of the County, the provision which <br /> established the greater standard or more stringent requirement <br /> for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the <br /> residents of the County shall prevail. <br /> ARTICLE XXI - SEVERABILITY <br /> If any provision of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br /> invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, such provisions shall be deemed a separate, <br /> independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br /> validity of any other provision hereof, and to that end, the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be <br /> severable. <br /> ARTICLE XXI - EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance shall be effective on <br /> w <br />
