3 <br /> The Board of Commissioners and the Historic Preservation Commission must <br /> separately notify the State and the property owners of their recommendations by <br /> October 11, 1995. The nomination will be presented to the North Carolina <br /> National Register Advisory Committee on October 12, 1995. The Committee's <br /> recommendation will then be forwarded to the U.S. Department of the Interior, <br /> National Park Service. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration concurs with the findings and conclusions of the Historic <br /> Preservation Commission. <br />
