Areas of <br /> discussion included: <br /> Participation in the newly formed North Carolina Association of County <br /> Commissioners(NCACC) Health Insurance Trust. <br /> Whether limiting employee choices in health plans would result in <br /> significant cost savings. <br /> The current health insurance waiver option and whether this should <br /> continue to be offered. <br /> Currently Orange County offers three health plans: <br /> Blue Cross/Blue Shield(BC/BS) Traditional Plan(a comprehensive major <br /> medical plan) <br /> - Blue Cross/Blue Shield Personal Care Plan(a health maintenance <br /> organization) <br />
