Working with representatives from the leadership <br /> group (School of Public Health, U d the Orange County Health <br /> NC Hospitals, an <br /> Department), plan, execute and evaluate #ae health status, needs, and action priorities for <br /> the community of Orange County,North arolina. <br /> MAJOR RESPON5I}3II.ITIES: II <br /> I <br /> 1.Working with organizational r resentatives and the faculty advisory group, <br /> develop a work plan that outlines foals,objectives, timelines, and accountabilities <br /> for the project. Ii <br /> 2. Coordinate and manage all P hall es of data collection and analysis. <br /> I <br /> 3. Plan,coordinate and manage t development of the steering committee, <br /> community advisory board, and p ovide liason functions for the leadership group. <br /> 4. Plan and coordinate the meetin s of the steering committee, and the community <br /> advisory board including kick-off-meeting, informational meeting, and.priority <br /> setting meetings. <br /> 5.Working with the Principal Inv, stigator, plan and coordinate project team <br /> meetings and manage follow-up ' tivities for the team. <br /> 6.Write a monthly progress repo and write the first draft of the health status <br /> document as well as the communi health asssessment final report. Collaborate <br /> on edits and follow-through to do ument completion. <br /> 7. Plan and coordinate media cov Irage for the project. Act as spokesperson as <br /> appropriate. <br /> 8.
