The comments received during the public <br /> hearing concerning public access television were <br /> already included in the draft Request For Proposal For <br /> Cable-Telecommunication Distribution System <br /> Infrastructure (RFP) developed by the County Cable <br /> Committee and submitted to the Board on September 20. <br /> The comments from citizens were reaffirmations of <br /> recommendations from the Cable TV Citizen Advisory <br /> Committee. <br /> The RFP will be submitted on October 5, 1995 to Time <br /> Warner and Cablevision Industries for their responses in <br /> late November 1995. After the responses, the Cable <br /> Committee will request the Board to conduct a public <br /> hearing to receive comments on the cable companies' <br /> responses to the RFP. <br />
