Employees who participated in these training classes rated <br /> them as excellent. In September 1995, the County again offered training <br /> provided by New Horizons. The feedback from employees on this training <br /> again has been excellent. <br /> The proposed agreement provides that New Horizons will provide all of <br /> the computer hardware and software on-site at an Orange County location. <br /> In addition, New Horizons provides participants with workbooks which <br /> may be kept for reference after attending the session. New Horizons also <br /> allows participants to take free "re-take" sessions for up to a year at its <br />
