There is property damage to a revenue service vehicle resulting in <br /> the removal of the vehicle from revenue service. <br /> 11.2.5 Return-to-Du -Required when an employee has had a confirmed positive <br /> alcohol test and returns to performing covered duties. <br /> 11.2.6 Follow-Up-Required on an employee who has been identified by a <br /> substance abuse professional as needing assistance in resolving problems <br /> with misuse of alcohol or drugs. Tests are unannounced and at least six <br /> tests are conducted in the first 12 months after return to duty. Follow-up <br /> testing may continue for up to 60 months after return to duty. <br /> 11.3 Testing Coverage <br /> 11.3.1 Reasonable Suspicion- Conducted for any County employee, temporary or <br /> permanent, when trained personnel determine that reasonable suspicion <br /> exists that the employee is at work under the influence of drugs or alcohol. <br /> (See Appendix B Guidelines for Determining Reasonable Suspicion.) <br /> 11.3.2 Random - Conducted on any County employee, temporary or permanent, <br /> whose position: <br /> a. Is covered under Federal drug and alcohol testing regulations as <br /> defined in Appendix A, or <br /> b. Involves driving an emergency response vehicle transporting <br /> patients. <br /> 11.3.3 Pre Eplovment- Conducted on any: <br /> a. Permanent employee whose position is: <br /> - Covered under the Federal drug and alcohol testing regulations, <br /> as defined in Appendix A, or <br /> - Designated by the County as safety sensitive, as defined in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> b. Temporary employee whose position: <br /> Is covered under the Federal drug and alcohol testing regulations <br /> as defined in Appendix A, or <br /> 2 <br />
