Generally, these goals reflect <br /> modifications and updates to long-term goals brought forward from the <br /> previous year, and new goals identified by the Board at their annual <br /> planning retreat and during subsequent discussions. <br /> The proposed goals for 1995-96 , previously distributed under separate <br /> cover, may be discussed and adopted at this meeting, or postponed for <br /> formal adoption pending resolution of any changes the Board may wish to <br /> make to the proposed goals . This item was postponed from the September <br /> 5 regular meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the <br /> proposed goals, identify any needed changes, and adopt them at this or <br /> a subsequent meeting. <br />
