The total acreage of the tract is <br /> 11.35 acres. The land slopes gently from an <br /> approximate elevation of 722 feet at the western <br /> boundary to 675 feet at Old NC 86. <br /> The soils are predominantly of the Georgeville series <br /> which is well-drained -and favorable for -building site <br /> development, roads, and septic systems. The property <br /> is all wooded. <br />
