4 <br /> Community Development Block Grant <br /> Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 <br /> of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the Community Development Block Grant which will provide funds for the <br /> rehabilitation of 17 deteriorated houses in Orange County. This project will be funded with a block grant from <br /> the North Carolina Department of Commerce. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental $378,495 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Human Services-Community Development $378,495 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous"Community Development Block Grant Grant Project Ordinances". <br /> Section 6.
