As an extension of your risk <br /> management department, our goal is to provide exceptional service at a competitive <br /> cost, creating value for the money you spend. We aim to under promise and over <br /> deliver. <br /> As stipulated in the RFP, we agree to accept an annual fee for services rendered in lieu <br /> of any commission. On an annual basis, we will provide a written disclosure of every <br /> penny of compensation earned on your account. Based on our understanding of the <br /> requested services in the RFP, as well as the commitments outlined in our response, <br /> we suggest an annual fee of $58,000. We also agree to hold the annual fee flat for the <br /> entire three year service period. <br /> We seek to be flexible in establishing a fee. We are agreeable to meet with you to <br /> further fine tune your service expectations. Further, we are so confident in our level of <br /> service that we are willing to place 20% of our proposed fee at risk based on <br /> measurable and mutually agreeable goals. If we fail to achieve those goals, the at risk <br /> portion of our fee will be returned to you. I am proud to report that we have never been <br /> called upon to return a portion of our fee by any other client. <br /> Again, thank you for considering Willis and we are excited about the prospect of working <br /> with Orange County. <br />
