His professional experience makes <br /> him well suited to consult with clients in a wide range of businesses classes <br /> including public entity, retail, hospitality, real estate, habitational, petroleum, <br /> manufacturing and distribution. <br /> Depending upon the design of the client's insurance program, Robert may <br /> coordinate carrier based risk control services on behalf of the client, align the <br /> client with Willis subject matter risk control specialists or provide direct risk <br /> improvement consultative services. Regardless of the method of delivery, <br /> Robert's consultative approach partners the client with the appropriate resources <br /> to successfully accomplish organizational risk improvement, exposure reduction <br /> and loss prevention. Examples of services include„ but are not limited to, the <br /> communication of industry specific risk management "best practices", assistance <br /> with regulatory safety compliance and effective implementation of cost effective <br /> claims frequency/severity reduction strategies. <br /> Prior to joining Willis, Robert served as a. Senior Risk Engineering Consultant for <br /> Zurich Insurance and Federated Mutual Insurance. <br /> CREDENTIALS <br /> Robert holds the professional designation of Occupational Health Technologist <br /> and is also a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers <br /> (ASSE). Robert is a graduate of East Carolina) University's Industrial Engineering <br /> Technology (IET) program and also holds an AAS degree in Architecture as well. <br />
