No time will be lost in learning your operation, organizational <br /> structure, agency contacts and risk management goals and objectives. Your <br /> local service team will also serve as the portal through which you will be <br /> introduced to other Willis resources, capabilities, and experts. Two members of <br /> your proposed service team, Mike Honeycutt and Mark Goode have the distinct <br /> honor of being recognized by Risk and Insurance magazine as among the <br /> world's top "'Power Brokers." <br /> Below please find a chart of our proposed service team. While the names on <br /> this chart are those that will be engaged on a regular basis, there will be other <br /> resources called upon depending on your emerging needs. Team member <br /> biographies can be found in the appendix. <br /> Mark Goode, Willis Public Entity Managing Director: Mark will oversee all team members <br /> CPCU, CIC 32 and provide management support to ensure that services promised are <br /> delivered and to provide leverage with insurance markets as needed. <br /> Mike Client Advocate: Mike will assist and support Mark to assure seamless client <br /> Honeycutt, 21 service and to assure Orange County always receives the resources needed. <br /> CIC <br /> Carol Dwyer Client Advocate. Carol will assist and support Mark and Mike to assure <br /> MBA, CIC, seamless client service and to assure Orange County always receives the <br /> CRM 17 resources needed. <br /> Client Manager: Kim will provide support services to include processing <br /> Kim Rice 17 changes, auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, tracking invoices, <br /> responding to questions, etc. <br /> Mike Claims Advocate: Mike will be your c'laim advocate responsible for claim <br /> Bradshaw 28 services including oversight, consulting, and advocacy. <br /> Robert Risk Control: Robert will be responsible for risk prevention, consulting, and <br /> Shuford 25 advocacy. <br /> Scott Kestler, 27 Marketing: Scott leads the marketing department for the Carolinas and will be <br /> CPCU our ccnduit to the carriers. <br /> Nancy Woode 21 National Property Team; Nancy and Erin our part of our complex property <br /> team and wall be utilized as needed on the property property prograrn <br /> Errin Pearson development and placement <br /> Orange County—Request 11)r Biuker Qu2fficatons and Conceptual Proposal-septen-lber 23,2014 21 <br />
