KNOWLEDGEABLE IN LOSS CONTROL AND CLAIM MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND
BESTPRACTICES.
Mark Goode will serve as the Client Advocate for Orange County and will
serve as the portal through which you will be introduced to all Willis
resources, capabilities, and experts. Mark has been working with public
entities throughout the southeast for the last 24 years and is well versed
in public entity risk management and risk finance.
Willis is a strong believer in the team approach. This creates depth to
guaranteed daily continuity of service in the event your lead contact is
unavailable at any given minute. Mark Goode is head of the Public
Entity Group and has over riding responsibility to ensure that all Willis
services are being properly deployed and that your specific written
service plan is being executed. He will serve as your lead contact. He
will be assisted on a daily basis by Mike Honeycutt and Carol Dwyer,
both highly seasoned public entity experts. You will be provided with
contact information, for all team members to include email addresses,
office phone numbers, home phone numbers, mobile phone numbers,
etc.
All team members are highly experienced with enterprise risk
management and risk financing mechanisms for public entities. We
have familiarized ourselves with Orange County using the information
that was presented to us in this RFP and the County's webs, ite as a
resource. It is important to remember that Public Entities are our area of
expertise therefore, we are extremely familiar with County exposures
and the challenges that they face. We have built a very successful
practiced by providing excellent customer service. One of the reasons
we are able to achieve such a high level of service is because we listen
to our clients and work collaboratively to set and achieve goals. If
selected as your broker, you will obviously not be our only client.
However, we strive to provide a level of service that would lead you to
believe that you are our only client!
One of the benefits of working with Willis is our depth and breadth of
resources. Two of those resources include our robust claim advocacy
and risk control service. You will be assigned a specific person in each
of these disciplines. Later in this proposal we will speak in more specific
terms about the claim advocacy and risk control services that we
propose.
Orange County—Request for Broker Quaflficatjons ard Conceptual Proposal-September 23, 2014
