Nevertheless, we will process all remaining deposit <br /> premium installments on policies in effect at the time of termination. Claims and <br /> premium or other adjustments may arise after our relationship ends. Such items are <br /> normally handled by the insurance broker serving you at the time the claim or adjustment <br /> arises. However, it may be mutually agreed that we will provide services in these areas <br /> after the termination of our relationship for mutually agreed additional compensation. <br /> The obligations set forth under "Confidentiality" above shall survive any termination of <br /> the agreement. <br /> Choice of Law <br /> Our agreement for services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the <br /> laws of the state in which our office is located. <br /> Inquiries and Complaints <br /> Your satisfaction is important to us.
