Summary <br /> Orange County is in the process of evaluating utilizing brokers for the placement of its <br /> insurance program and to provide Risk Management, Loss Prevention and Claim <br /> consulting services. <br /> The County invites proposals outlining- <br /> 1. Your firm's qualifications to handle the insurance program and consulting <br /> services for Orange County. <br /> 2. The alternatives you believe Orange County should explore in improving its <br /> program. <br /> 3. Any unique qualities your firm brings to the table that Orange County should <br /> consider. <br /> Please submit six copies (one clearly marked "original") of your response (printed <br /> duplex on recycled paper). Attach cost proposal to the original in a separate sealed <br /> envelope. At this time you are <br /> not authorized to approach insurers on behalf of Orange County. If it is decided upon to <br /> proceed with hiring a broker, if required, and at the appropriate time, the selected firm <br /> will be supplied with a broker of record letter. <br /> II.
