Brooks deWetter-Smitth suggested that I contact you about scheduling some recording time in Person Hall sometime in the coming year. I will be recording a CID of Hugo Kauder(1888-1972) pieces as part of a grant from the Orange County Arts Council, and I will be collaborating with Andrew McAfee and Brent Wissick among others. We're planning on using VoChor for the recording so they will bring all their own equipment. I'm thinking that two 4 hour sessions should do it since we're recording,3 trios and 2 smaller sonatas. I realize your schedule for next spring might not be 100%set yet, but I wanted to get an idea of budget as well.Would there be a fee for reserving the hall? If so, what would it be? Should I see If one of the current faculty members playing could do the reservation?
