Both Bright Star Touring Theatre and Hobey Ford's Golden Rod
Puppets provide instructional materials to correspond with their performances, which are
distributed to MES teachers. Each teacher is responsible for integrating these materials and the
performances with the curriculum in each classroom. These linkages most often take place on a
grade -wide scale, with teachers of the same grade using the same lesson, which are reinforced
during relevant 'specials' classes (e.g., art, music, library).
