All software upgrades are available through your <br /> dealer. Dealer and distributor pricing for a particular upgrade will be determined by your dealer or distributor,based on <br /> ESRI's suggested retail price, and may be included in a comprehensive services program. <br /> Domestic Support Services <br /> ESRI offers a variety of support options to users in the United States. Each issue <br /> contains information about our current activities, new software developments, news from user groups,descriptions of many <br /> user projects using ESRI®software,and much more. <br /> Fax On-Demand <br /> ESRI maintains a technical database describing the use of our desktop software for all users in the United States who have <br /> access to a fax machine,or fax modem. This database contains technical tips,work-arounds, and answers to our users'most <br /> frequently asked questions. You may access this database by calling from a Touch-Tone phone and then following the <br /> voice-prompted instructions.
