2 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board take the following action: <br /> ► Award the bid to Trafalgar House Construction for an amount not to exceed $3,408,642;and <br /> ► Approve contracts,contingent upon Attorney and Staff review and authorize the Chair to sign <br /> on behalf of the Board;and <br /> ► Approve the proposed funding scenario and authorize Staff to prepare the appropriate budget <br /> modification documents for Board approval at a later meeting;and <br /> ► Authorize $500,000 additional funds for Southern Human Services Building to be obtained <br /> through private placement in early,1996. Total private placement funds$2 million. <br />
