After considerable discussion (see <br /> attached minutes) the Planning Board found that the use <br /> of the property when Bingham Township was zoned in 1981 <br /> was considered to be Motor Vehicle Maintenance and <br /> Repair (body shop) , and that it should retain its <br /> current zoning designation of EC-5.
