Abandoned vehicles shall be towed <br /> to your company's storage f a c i l i t y. Your carpany w i l l receive the towing fee <br /> for removal of the vehicle. After- thirty (30) days you can apply a Mechanic' s <br /> Lien on abandoned vehicles and then dispose of properly. <br /> Yor.rr- company' s wrecker driver will be advised by the police officer when <br /> a vehicle is considered abandoned and should be towed toy .n <br /> The definition of an abandoned vehicle is: "a vehicle of any kind" vAlich <br /> _ = is parked or left standing "upon any public street" or ►-fight-of-way and "wane <br /> urrroved for a per iod of time in excess of forty-eight (48) hours." (Sec. 2' '22 <br /> Town Code of Ordinance. ) After due process of law such vehicle may be rci►eved <br /> as abandoned.
