Said tract is located on the East side of N.C. State Road # 1948 <br /> 1 <br /> in Bingham Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> 4. I sold said 6.0 tract to Donald Wayne Combs on August 29, 1983 as <br /> I <br /> is set forth in a deed bearing that date and which is recorded in Book 432 <br /> at Page 356, Orange County Registry. <br /> 5.
