Periodically ESRI offers an <br /> Agreement ammendment to include new products and services. <br /> The Board of Commissioners approved a renewal in 1992. <br /> The proposed ammendment, which extends through June 15, 1997, <br /> does not commit the County to any specific purchase, nor is <br /> any new purchase a part of this request. Approval qualifies <br /> the County to receive significant discounts on future <br /> purchases of software and annual maintenance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends that the Board of <br /> County Commisioners approve the amendment to the Master <br /> Purchase Agreement between the County and ESRI for GIS <br /> software and hardware, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
