This event was a major success, drawing <br /> over 3, 000 visitors. The second .Fiesta is being held at <br /> Lincoln Center in Chapel Hill on September 9 and 10 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board adopt <br /> the proposed resolution and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
