The designation of the area of the <br /> proposed rezoning may be recommended as Neighborhood <br /> Residential Mixed Use, which would provide for <br /> residential use and small-scale commercial use. <br /> RECOlrMNDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br /> rezoning. <br />
