5 <br /> H. This agreement may be terminated by either party with or without cause by giving thirty <br /> (30) days prior written notice. The thirty (30) day termination period shall commence on the date of <br /> receipt of the notice by the affected party. <br /> I. Each party agrees to be responsible for its own liabilities and that of its officers,employees, <br /> agents or representatives arising out of this agreement. <br /> J. This agreement shall run upon signature through June 30, 1996. It is not subject to <br /> renewal. <br /> K OPC and County agree that each party will comply with such non-discrimination laws as <br /> may be applicable to them in performance of this contract. <br /> L. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be altered, <br /> amended or modified except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly authorized officials of both <br /> parties. <br /> M.
