The committee <br /> will be appointed no sooner than August 3 , 1995, and <br /> will complete its work with a status report to the <br /> BOCC no later than December 1, 1995, and final report <br /> to the BOCC by January 31, 1996. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends the following: <br /> (1) that the committee be comprised of no more than <br /> 15 members <br /> (2) that the charge include the following: <br /> a) Review present efforts to improve efficiency, <br /> performance productivity and morale <br /> b) Determine the areas of county government that <br /> provide the greatest opportunities for <br /> improved innovation or efficiency <br /> innefcom.doc <br />
