The <br />requirements of ) through (1)(h) a e are applicable for MPD -CZ <br />applicatio <br />(3) 2 pies of the application package required in (1) a ) above shall be <br />submitted by the applicant. <br />(4) The Planning Board and /or Board of County Commissioners may req'cre: <br />additional information in order to evaluate and properly process the appl <br />for a CZD. <br />(D) Neighborhood Information Meeting 9 <br />(1) Before a Public Hearing may be held on an accepted application for a CZD, the <br />applicant is required to schedule, with the assistance of the Planning <br />Department, a minimum of one neighborhood information meeting.
